Student Narrative Form

Suggested Student Narrative Template (Teachers may add to what feedback they wish the students to give.)

NOTE: In addition to comments, labels, and descriptions a student might use on the poster itself, a separate narrative page is requested.

Please fill out, on a sheet of 8 ½ x 11” paper and attach to front of the poster with a single staple at upper left hand side, fastened at the left margin, such that it can be turned like a page in a book to fully reveal the poster.

(If sent digitally as a .doc or .pdf, each separate student narrative, doc may be collected together in a folder.

The IMPORTANCE of the teacher assigning “each poster/narrative entry set” a unique clearly visible number is very apparent to keep track!  (Recall on the poster itself a Number, Title, student name/grade, and date appear) Submission represents that entry is entered in accordance with and in agreement with the rules.
